How it works
Online in a few minutes – no server, nothing to install.
Step 1: Create a page
Pick a name and a plan. Your page is live straight away at <name>.statuscx.eu.
Step 2: Add your services
Websites via HTTP(S), game servers via TCP, hosts via ping – or your CitexNode services in one click. From then on the checks run by themselves.
Step 3: Share the link
Post the link in Discord, on your website or in your footer – or connect your own domain such as status.your-domain.com.
What a status page does
You manage everything in the customer area – the page itself is public and needs no login of its own.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a server at CitexNode for this?
No. The checks work against any publicly reachable address. You can also add CitexNode services directly, without entering a URL or port.
How do I connect my own domain?
From Pro: create a CNAME at your DNS provider, e.g. status.your-domain.com → <name>.statuscx.eu, and verify it in the dashboard under “Domain”. The page is then reachable at both addresses.
Do I have to take care of SSL?
No. <name>.statuscx.eu always runs on HTTPS, and for your own domain we fetch the certificate automatically after verification and renew it ourselves.
How are email subscriptions handled under the GDPR?
Subscribers confirm their address with double opt-in, and every email contains an unsubscribe link. Addresses are only used for your page's notifications, never passed on, and you can view and delete them in the dashboard. We send the emails on behalf of the page owner.
What happens when my plan runs out?
Without renewal the page is suspended: visitors only see a notice and checks stop. After the grace period it's deleted with all its data. Renew before then and it keeps running unchanged. Free never expires.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time in the dashboard. An upgrade applies at once and only costs the difference for the rest of the term. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the term.
What counts towards the limits?
Every component on the page counts – whether HTTP, TCP or ping check, CitexNode service or maintained by hand. Groups, incidents and maintenance are unlimited. Once a limit is reached you can't add more; everything existing keeps running.
Where are checks run from?
Checks run from our servers in Germany. For security reasons we don't check private, local or internal addresses – only what's reachable from the internet.
