Payment methods
At CitexNode you pay from a balance. You top up the balance through a payment provider.
How paying works
- You top up your balance in the dashboard, between €5.00 and €100.00 per top-up.
- We redirect you to the payment provider. You enter your payment details there; CitexNode never sees card numbers or bank details.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the balance is available immediately.
- You pay for orders and renewals from this balance.
Accepted payment methods
Stripe
Credit and debit cards plus the other payment methods Stripe shows you on its checkout page. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account. You sign in directly at PayPal and confirm the payment there.
PaySafeCardSoon– not available yet.
No surcharges
We charge no extra fee for any payment method. You pay exactly the amount you want to top up.
All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
