Withdraw a contract with one button – and our accessibility statement
NewsWithdraw a contract with one click. The red “Withdraw contract” button now sits at the bottom left of every page and in the footer. Behind it a short form: your name, your e-mail address, which contract you mean. After “Confirm withdrawal” the declaration is with us, and you immediately receive a confirmation of receipt with date and time by e-mail. No letter, no printout, no ticket. That is what § 356a of the German Civil Code has required since June 2026 – how the right of withdrawal works and which deadlines apply is in the withdrawal notice.
Accessibility statement. New in the footer: our accessibility statement under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act – what is already accessible, what is still missing, where to report a barrier and who supervises compliance.
And the website itself. We checked the start page, the product pages and the forms against WCAG 2.1 AA, in light and dark:
- contrast raised, including hints and small badges
- links inside running text are always underlined, not only on hover
- headings and landmarks put in order for screen readers
- everything stays keyboard-operable, skip link to the content included
